REFUND POLICY

Jang and Rani Dilawari Foundation has instituted a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments become more frequent. The Jang and Rani Dilawari Foundation expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. The Jang and Rani Dilawari Foundation also recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind. The Jang and Rani Dilawari Foundation will carefully examine all requests for refund of donations. Jang and Rani Dilawari Foundation may seek proper explanation and reason for refund from the donors. Also, it may ask for further verification of the donor’s identity and seek documents of proof.

While Jang and Rani Dilawari Foundation would carefully consider all requests for refund, the Foundation is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, especially if a tax exemption certificate has been issued. This policy is applicable only for Non-earmarked donations.

If you would like your donation to be refunded, you must request Jang and Rani Dilawari Foundation in writing or by email for a refund at the following address:

Your refund request must contain details such as Date of Donation, Amount of Donation, Mode of Donation i.e. Bank Cheque, Credit Card or Online Payment and should reach the Jang and Rani Dilawari Foundation office within 7 (Seven) days from the date on which you made the donation i.e.: The date on which you Made the donation online, electronically or through other means, OR The date on which you handed over the cheque / demand draft to Jang and Rani Dilawari Foundation or someone authorized by the Foundation for this purpose, OR The date on which you dispatched the cheque / demand draft to Jang and Rani Dilawari Foundation by other means.

We will reply within 7 days of receiving the request. If we decide to go ahead with the request, the refund process may take 7 to 30 working days depending on the availability of the information from third parties such as Payment Gateway, Banks, etc. through which transaction is done.
